Approach

DHI is looking at the Green Field implementation, with minimum customization by ensuring the companies to adopt the embedded industry best practices in Rise with SAP and adjust their manuals, policy, processes and workflow if required. Where industry best practice is not available from SAP, the existing practices already encoded in the SAP ECC to be migrated to Rise with SAP after approval by the steering committee. The modules and functionalities are to be configured based on the specific business needs and industry standards.
