The Project will be led by the centralized team formed at DHI office. The companies will have a focal person / scrum manager, module focal person, and experts for their industry specific modules and functionality. The scrum manager and module focal person from the companies need not be required full time, whereas the experts for the industry specific modules will be required full time during the implementation of their modules as per the project timeline. The industry specific expert from the companies will be required to be the part of the DHI Group centralized team and stationed in the project office Example like: BPC need to identify full time expert on the ISU module for the project.

The Program Manager will identify the requirement of the industry specific experts from the respective companies based on the project schedules and milestones.
